I left a light on.
You found it. That is all this page will ever ask of you.
This is the companion to a book that takes ten years to read — One Night & Ten Thousand Years — given away by hand, after real conversations, in a temporary city in the Nevada desert in 02026. One ring opens each September, for ten Septembers. Behind each ring is a true story from the deep-time record, and behind each story is a longer one. Those longer stories live here, one room per year.
Which ring are you carrying?

The rule of the rooms: each one is meant for its September. Nothing enforces this. The book will know, and so will you.

The reminders live in your calendar — not with me.
If the book has not found you yet — it moves by hand, one real conversation at a time. Copies of it can be bought. The book cannot. If one ever reaches you, you will know what to do.
This page will never ask you for anything.
No account. No list. It only gives.
